Vyaasolpathi
Birth of sage Veda-Vyasa who wrote Mahaabhaaratam and Bhagavat Gita. In this solo dance narration (lyrics in Malayalam by Thunjath Ezhuttachan) the birth of Veda-Vyasa is explicitly portrayed. Music is by Reji George.

Kathakali items
By performing select pieces from a Kathakali play, without the traditional costumes, Dhananjayan has thrilled the audiences, educated them about Kathakali and added considerably to his extensive performing repertoire.

Repertoire in Malayalam
Dhananjayan has written a lot of poems in Malayalam. He has formulated a complete repertoire choreographed to his poetry for which he has composed the music himself.

Nrittaswaraavali
Nrittaswaraavali was done in1979 and even after so many years, it is still appealing in form and content. Music composed by T V Gopalakrishnan and choreographed by Dhananjayan, it is a coalesce of rhythm and aangika, the body movement.

Tulsidas bhajan
Dance and music was composed by Dhananjayan for the bhajan �Bhajamana Raama Charana Sukhadayi..�
